When the OTCI® instrument is taken by an entire organization (or representative sample), it may not be possible for all respondents to participate in the feedback session or to receive copies of Archetypes in Organizational Settings or the OTCI® Professional Report. This OTCI handout is designed to give those who are not part of the feedback some information about archetypes. It includes a description of each archetype so that when the OTCI consultant or the organization's management team reports the results of the instrument, all those who have partcipated will have information about the basic nature of the different archetypes.
