MBTI® Form M Scoring Template

Form M answer sheets can either be template scored or mailed to the CPP scoring center in Washington, DC. Step I is the term used to identify the fundamental four-letter personality type of an individual as measured on the scales of: Extraversion or Introversion (E-I), Sensing or Intuition (S-N), Thinking or Feeling (T-F), and Judging or Perceiving (J-P).

These booklets are reusable and are designed to be distributed to clients for paper and pencil administration. The scorable answer sheets are sold separately.
