Through the use of Carol Pearson's system of Jungian archetypes, Pat Adson has developed a unique individualized counseling method that helps people find direction in their lives. In addition to practical explanations of the 12 archetypes, the book offers specific models and examples for exploring archetypal journeys with clients. While primarily for counselors and therapists, Finding Your Own True North is also useful to individuals familiar with archetypal psychotherapy.
