The Step III™ assessment and Interpretive Report completes the work begun by Isabel Myers to help people develop their personality as completely as possible. It is designed to assess an individual's ability to effectively use their perception and judgment, both critical for good type development. The Step III™ Interpretive Report is unique to the individual taking the assessment and is exclusively used in one-to-one counseling or coaching settings. This instrument is available for purchase only to those who have completed the MBTI® Step III™ Certification Program.
