Klein Group Instrument® (KGI®) Assessment
The KGI® instrument can be purchased in two ways:

KGI® Individual Administration
This is a stand-alone assessment for individuals interested in personal growth and development. Results are delivered through the KGI® Individual Profile. This report contains recommendations and strategies for improving leadership and team skills. This version is available for self-administration or for consultants and coaches to work with clients.

KGI® Group Administration
This is a team assessment that measures all essential skills and behaviors required for outstanding team performance. All participating members receive the KGI® Individual Profile (the same as mentioned above) and the KGI® Group Profile, a collective report that aggregates all group members' individual profiles and contains prioritized, concrete, and immediately actionable recommendations.
