What story are you living? Do you tend to champion causes or lead the effort towards a goal? Are you drawn to acquire expertise and use knowledge? Are you seeking a calling that ignites your passion?
The Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator® (PMAI®) is an instrument designed to help us understand the roles we prefer to adopt as we interact with friends, family, and coworkers. The PMAI instrument assesses twelve different common life roles in terms of archetypes—the universal structures that provide context and meaning to our life scripts. For example, Rulers will tend to exhibit leadership, while Sages will favor expertise. The PMAI instrument also taps the Creator, Jester, Lover, Warrior, Caregiver, Seeker, Destroyer, Innocent, Orphan, and Magician archetypes.
Through the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator instrument, you can get a clear picture of the archetypes that influence your life and the actions you can take to better put these ideas to use and more tightly align these themes with your work, relationships, and life.
This one-day workshop provides professionals with the archetype tools needed for administration and interpretation of the PMAI instrument, for use with clients, employees, students, and others.
