Class Schedule and Registration
The MBTI Step II instrument helps people more fully understand their unique type qualities as revealed by the twenty facets measured by Form Q. This program helps the MBTI professional better explain why two people with the same preferences can behave so differently...an observation often made by those newly introduced to type.
More and more approved users of the MBTI instrument are administering Form Q for introductory feedback sessions. Step II is useful in the same settings as Step I: team development, career counseling, management/leadership development, coaching, individual and couples counseling, learning styles, and more.
Learn to administer, interpret, and apply the latest version of MBTI® Step II (Form Q) in a course designed by Naomi Quenk and Jean Kummerow, authors of the Step II Interpretive Report and Step II Profile. The 144-item Form Q provides details on twenty facets of the MBTI preferences, five facets each for E–I, S–N, T–F, and J–P, which clients say provide a deeper understanding in applying knowledge of personality differences.
