CAPT offers certification and advanced training programs for the ethical use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument. Using the indicator begins with the MBTI® Certification Program, and continues with advanced training in the MBTI® Step II™ instrument and specific training in using type in various applications. MBTI® Step III™ Certification prepares experienced professionals to use the MBTI® Step III™ instrument.
